Mike McMahon has more than 45 years’ experience building high-performing teams and driving growth across manufacturing, industrial, and technology-driven companies. As President and Chief Executive Officer at Lightning Eliminators & Consultants, Inc., Mike leads a recognized team of experts delivering integrated lightning protection, grounding systems engineering, and surge protection solutions.

Mike has held senior executive roles spanning strategy, operations, and P&L leadership throughout his career. As CEO of EcoVapor Recovery Systems, he led a turnaround from a $2.5 million operating loss to sustained profitability. As COO of Cimarron Energy, he guided a sale exceeding $100 million to private equity ownership and led the integration of two strategic acquisitions. At Valmont Industries, he drove three-fold revenue growth—from $35 million to $105 million—while earning the division Global Center of Excellence status through lean manufacturing.

Earlier, Mike led a $235 million P&L across nine nationwide manufacturing facilities at Caraustar Inc., directing multiple acquisitions, including a complex $75 million bolt-on deal, and participating in the company's 1991 IPO. He has also provided strategy, business development, and turnaround leadership for companies including Mahle Industrial Filtration and CAID Industries.

Mike's core strengths include strategic planning, M&A integration, change leadership, business model optimization, Lean/Six Sigma process leadership, team building, and commercial excellence. He holds a BChE in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Operations and Finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
